Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Flaw Cars website at flawcars.com (the “Service”), operated from the United Arab Emirates. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Flaw Cars is a comparison and sourcing service for car buyers in the United Arab Emirates. We surface vehicles listed on foreign markets (such as Korea, China, and Japan), estimate the total landed cost of importing them to the UAE, and compare those imports against equivalent listings on the UAE local market. We do not own the vehicles displayed; we aggregate listings from third-party sources and provide a sourcing service on top of them.

2. What the Service is and is not

The Service is an informational and matchmaking platform. Listings shown on the Service originate from third-party sources and may be out of date, inaccurate, or no longer available. Prices, landed-cost estimates, savings comparisons, and availability indicators are estimates only and do not constitute an offer to sell or a binding quote. A binding price is provided only when we issue a written quote following a direct inquiry.

The Service is not a licensed broker, dealer, or financial advisor. Importing a vehicle involves duties, taxes, registration, inspection, and other regulatory requirements that change over time. You are responsible for confirming current requirements before relying on any information on the Service.

3. Accounts

You may create an account to save searches, shortlist vehicles, and manage inquiries. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. We use Supabase Auth for authentication; the email address you sign in with is used to send you a one-time link.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service except as expressly permitted.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to bypass any rate limits or access controls.
• Use the Service to harass, defraud, or impersonate any person.
• Resell or redistribute Service content without prior written permission.
• Submit inquiries that are misleading, abusive, or solicitations for unrelated goods or services.

5. Inquiries and quotes

When you submit an inquiry through the Service we receive your name, contact details, and the details you provide about the vehicle you are looking for. Submitting an inquiry does not commit you to a purchase; we use it to provide a personalized quote. A binding transaction requires a separate signed agreement specifying price, vehicle, timeline, and deliverables.

6. Third-party content

Vehicle listings, images, specifications, and prices are sourced from third parties and remain the property of those sources. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or currency of such content. Where a third-party source removes or changes a listing, the corresponding page on the Service may become stale until the next sync.

7. Intellectual property

The Service’s design, code, copy, and editorial content are owned by Flaw Cars or licensed to it. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without prior written permission. The Flaw Cars name and wordmark are trademarks of Flaw Cars.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that information shown is accurate at any given time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UAE law, Flaw Cars and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) AED 500 or (b) the fees you have paid to Flaw Cars in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flaw Cars from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any applicable law.

11. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be announced on this page and the “Last updated” date above will be revised. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes arising out of these Terms or the Service will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
