Every car we compare uses the same six criteria: same make, same model, same year, same regional spec (GCC, Chinese-spec, Korean-spec, etc.), same engine, and similar mileage. No bait-and-switch comparisons against older years or lower trims.

We buy directly from wholesale sources, so there's no auction middleman and no dealer markup. Many of our cars are exclusive to Flaw Cars through our country partnerships. We pass the savings on instead of marking them up.

Regional spec means the version of a car designed for a specific market. GCC spec is built for Gulf temperatures, Chinese spec for the China market, Korean spec for Korea. Specs differ in cooling, electronics, and sometimes safety equipment. We always match spec to spec so the comparison is honest.

Many cars are. Through our direct partnerships in China, Korea, USA, Canada, and Germany, we get access to inventory you won't find on UAE classifieds. Other cars are publicly available, but you'll pay less buying through us than through a local dealer reselling the same import.

Standard pre-shipping documentation includes title verification, mileage records, and condition photos. The depth of checks varies by source country and seller. For full peace of mind, we recommend booking an independent inspection in UAE before you take possession.

You inspect the car at our shipping yard before paying the balance. If the car is materially different from documented condition, we cover the cost to fix it, refund the difference, or you walk away. Full terms are in the purchase agreement you sign at deposit.

Yes. Once the car arrives at our shipping yard, you can have it inspected by any independent workshop you choose, at your cost. The car stays in our yard until you're satisfied and the balance is paid.

Typically 4 to 6 weeks from deposit to handover at our yard. The biggest variable is shipping time, which depends on the source country and how quickly the next container leaves port. We give you a handover window when you place your order.

Yes. Once your car is in transit, you'll get tracking updates by WhatsApp or email at every major milestone: ready to ship, on board, in transit, arrived in UAE, in customs, cleared, ready for pickup at our yard.

After RTA registration in your name, you can drive it out yourself, send a driver, or arrange a transport service. The car needs valid plates and insurance to leave the yard. We can recommend transport providers if you need one.

Customs delays are rare but possible. Our team handles all clearance paperwork and works directly with UAE customs. If there's a delay beyond two weeks at customs, we keep you updated daily until it's resolved.

Car value + 5% VAT + UAE customs + shipping + clearance fees. The price you see is the price you pay at handover. RTA registration, plates, Salik, and onward transport from our yard are not included and are paid by you directly to those providers.

No. Optional add-ons like extended warranty are clearly priced before you commit. Registration costs (RTA fees, plates, Salik) are separate and paid by you directly to RTA, not to us. Onward transport from our yard is also on you if needed.

25% deposit to lock the car when you order. The remaining 75% is due when the car arrives at our shipping yard and you've inspected it (or had your own workshop inspect it). You don't pay the balance on a car you haven't seen in person.

The price is locked in dirhams on the day you place your deposit. Currency fluctuations during shipping do not change what you pay.

Yes, importing used cars to UAE is legal. We handle all import permits, customs declarations, and chassis modification approvals where required. Every car we land is road-legal once you complete RTA registration in your name.

RTA registration is on you. We hand over all the paperwork you need: customs clearance certificate, import permit, chassis modification approval where required. You'll need a UAE driver's license and Emirates ID to register. We can recommend RTA agents who handle the appointment for a fee if you'd rather not do it yourself.

Most imported cars can be serviced at any authorized workshop in UAE. Chinese-spec cars are increasingly supported by official dealer service centers in UAE as the brands expand here. We can also recommend independent workshops familiar with the model.

Most cars are eligible for our optional third-party warranty in three tiers: Basic, Premium, and Comprehensive. Coverage runs from 12 to 36 months.
